Hey Matt

Thanks for catering my daughter's pre wedding nibbles. The canapes and sweet treats were enjoyed by the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, hair stylist, makeup artist and photographers.  What a great way to make sure the bridal party is fed.  Cheers Denise

Hi, I have come to love kangaroo after eating it many times at Gabriella Cooks restaurant Waterlily that used to be in Redcliffe and making a recipe of hers using it, so your kangaroo recipe and your food philosophy in the paper drew me to your website, which after seeing 2 recipes for possum has scared but fascinated me!
